The School Centre for Inclusive Education āDelfinulā ConstanČa is a public educational institution with a long tradition in providing specialized educational, therapeutic, and support services for children with special educational needs (SEN) in ConstanČa County, Romania. Established more than 60 years ago, the centre has continuously developed inclusive education practices based on personalized interventions, multidisciplinary collaboration, and community partnerships.
C.S.E.I. āDelfinulā focuses on promoting inclusion, developing autonomy, communication skills, and social-emotional competence for its students. The institution regularly implements Erasmus+ projects aimed at improving teachersā digital and inclusive competences and strengthening European cooperation in the field of special education.

Education Process (RCSIE Sofia)
The Regional Center for Support of Inclusive Education Process (RCSIE Sofia) is a specialized public body under the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria. It plays a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of inclusive education policies at regional and national levels.
RCSIE Sofia provides methodological support, training, and supervision to teachers and specialists working with students with special educational needs. The center assists schools in adapting curricula, developing individualized learning approaches, and promoting equal access to education for all learners.
