C.S.E.I. “DELFINUL” CONSTANȚA

Project coordinator

The School Centre for Inclusive Education “Delfinul” Constanța is a public educational institution with a long tradition in providing specialized educational, therapeutic, and support services for children with special educational needs (SEN) in Constanța County, Romania. Established more than 60 years ago, the centre has continuously developed inclusive education practices based on personalized interventions, multidisciplinary collaboration, and community partnerships.

C.S.E.I. “Delfinul” focuses on promoting inclusion, developing autonomy, communication skills, and social-emotional competence for its students. The institution regularly implements Erasmus+ projects aimed at improving teachers’ digital and inclusive competences and strengthening European cooperation in the field of special education.

DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION ASSOCIATION FOR EUROPEAN CULTURE AND EDUCATION (DIA&ECE)

Project partner

The Development and Innovation Association for European Culture and Education (DIA&ECE) is a non-governmental organization based in Antalya, Turkey, dedicated to promoting innovation, inclusion, and digital transformation in education. The association designs and implements Erasmus+ projects that foster intercultural dialogue, inclusive learning, and the professional development of teachers and young people.

DIA&ECE’s mission is to strengthen the link between education and society by creating networks of educators, NGOs, and policymakers who share innovative practices in lifelong learning and social inclusion. The organization provides training, workshops, and dissemination activities that encourage equal opportunities and the active participation of all learners, especially those with fewer opportunities.

REGIONAL CENTER FOR SUPPORT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION PROCESS (RCSIE SOFIA)

Project partner

The Regional Center for Support of Inclusive Education Process (RCSIE Sofia) is a specialized public body under the Ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria. It plays a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of inclusive education policies at regional and national levels.

RCSIE Sofia provides methodological support, training, and supervision to teachers and specialists working with students with special educational needs. The center assists schools in adapting curricula, developing individualized learning approaches, and promoting equal access to education for all learners.

RCSIE also collaborates with international partners, including UNICEF Bulgaria and European networks, to exchange best practices and improve the quality of inclusive education.
